To ensure the best experience for all clients, Baystudio Glow maintains the following policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below:

🚫 NO REFUND POLICY

Baystudio Glow maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

• We do not offer refunds, especially for services that have already been rendered, regardless of the outcome, individual results, or personal expectations.

• All payments, deposits, and service fees are final and non-refundable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUE FOR ANY REASON.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the regular service price.

• No-Call / No-Show appointments will result in a 50% service charge based on the scheduled service price.

• Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings

⏰ Tardy Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may incur a fee.

• If accommodated, a squeeze-in fee will apply.

👥 No Extra Guests Policy

To maintain safety, cleanliness, and privacy for all clients:

• No extra guests of any kind are permitted.

• No children, pets, or service animals are allowed inside the studio. This is for safety due to equipment and sterile environments.

⚡ Squeeze-In Fee

• Same-day, last-minute, or after-hours appointments may be offered when possible.

• A squeeze-in fee of $30 or more will be added depending on service type and timing.

Package Policy

•All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

• Packages must be used by the original purchaser only. Once the first appointment of the service has been rendered there is NO REFUND

• Package services expire as stated at purchase; unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.

• Once a session has started, no refunds will be issued, even if you choose to stop, change your mind, or do not wish to continue the service.
